CANFIELD, Ohio — As the internet drastically changed how business is conducted over the last 20 years, a software solutions company founded here in 1999 grew by keeping pace with the digital revolution and making its clients more productive and profitable.
The company, NEO3, is marking its 20-year milestone. It began as a computer networking and technology company that specialized in business infrastructure and hardware solutions and evolved to software and cloud-based services.

Enterprise Resource Planning software is cloud-based and enables businesses to identify operational inefficiencies and develop best practices, which can cost companies as much as 30% in annual revenue, according to Rosenberg. “Unclear boundaries, redundancy and complacency in processes and procedures are a few of the obstacles businesses face on a daily basis that can result in a negative work environment and lost profits,” he says.
Moreover, organizations will inadvertently apply inaccurate processes as a result of complicated software that in fact convolutes procedures and hampers operations, he warns.
