NEO3 Keeps Pace with Digital Revolution
CANFIELD, Ohio — As the internet drastically changed how business is conducted over the last 20 years, a software solutions company founded here in 1999 grew by keeping pace with the digital revolution and making its clients more productive and profitable.
The company, NEO3, is marking its 20-year milestone. It began as a computer networking and technology company that specialized in business infrastructure and hardware solutions and evolved to software and cloud-based services.
“In today’s highly competitive and regulated business environment, we believe it’s essential that all employees and stakeholders within an organization have fast and easy access to the very latest business processes and procedures to ensure maximum operational efficiency,” says Jim Rosenberg, president and CEO. “We’ve been fortunate over our two decades of being in business to attract and retain great staff and having loyal customers to deliver trusted, proven and reliable ERP software solutions.”
Enterprise Resource Planning software is cloud-based and enables businesses to identify operational inefficiencies and develop best practices, which can cost companies as much as 30% in annual revenue, according to Rosenberg. “Unclear boundaries, redundancy and complacency in processes and procedures are a few of the obstacles businesses face on a daily basis that can result in a negative work environment and lost profits,” he says.
Moreover, organizations will inadvertently apply inaccurate processes as a result of complicated software that in fact convolutes procedures and hampers operations, he warns.
That’s where ERP software comes into play.
“This integrated management of core business processes encompasses all of the procedures and facets of an organization into one comprehensive information system that can be accessed by individuals across an entire organization. Businesses can automate and streamline tasks, guide employees to becoming more productive and successful in their roles and view real-time analytics into the inner workings of their operations.”
NEO3 is an Oracle NetSuite solution provider and Sage authorized partner. The company employs seven.
