A New Home for Featured Commercial Real Estate

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio — A new advertising program provides commercial real estate agents and brokers with an opportunity to showcase their featured properties to the broader audience of The Business Journal.

Articles about commercial real estate properties and sales are consistently popular among the readers of The Business Journal. As such, the Youngstown Publishing Co., a multiplatform publishing company, looks to leverage that regional interest into a new advertising opportunity for commercial real estate agents and brokers, says Jeff Leo Herrmann, CEO.

“Commercial real estate is one of the core interests of The Business Journal’s loyal audience, so we are launching our Featured Commercial Property,” Herrmann says. “By creating a space to showcase feature commercial properties in the region, we are confident that our platforms will drive increased visibility to these properties for maximum exposure.”

The first listing features the Something New property at 4500 Boardman-Canfield Road, Canfield. It is listed for sale by Chad Cromer, President of NextHome GO30 Realty. Call Cromer at 330 629 8888 or 330 519 1411.

With the Featured Commercial Property program, advertisers receive a dedicated landing page that includes property video, image gallery, listing information and contact info for the listing agent.

The Business Journal video department will shoot and produce the 45-second video that highlights the property benefits. If they wish, advertisers can also provide their own footage to be used in the video.

A month of digital ads will drive traffic to the property’s landing page, as well as a half-page print ad in the most recent edition of The Business Journal. An additional 10-second video promoting the listing will be featured in the Daily Buzz and uploaded to The Business Journal’s Facebook page.
