New House Nears Completion at Pine Lake Reserve II
COLUMBIANA, Ohio — A 1,730-square-foot home under construction at the Pine Lake Reserve II development will feature a partial wraparound patio that offers a clear view of the lake.
Charles Zidian Jr., developer, project manager and contractor for Pine Lake Reserve, says the house should be completed by March. A second home under construction nearby will likely be completed in June or July.
