New Marriott Hotel Set to Open in Canfield

CANFIELD, Ohio – TownePlace Suites and SpringHill Suites by Marriott, the newest hotel venture of CTW Development Corp. and Kennsington Hospitality, will have a grand opening Nov. 1.

The property is the prototype of the two brands designed by CTW Development and Marriott International. 

Featuring 101 extended stay suites of the two Marriott brands under one roof, the new suites are spacious and feature a modern, stylish design.

Ideal for business and leisure travelers, the new hotel offers extra space with suites larger than a typical hotel room, with separate areas to sleep, work and relax with dedicated workspaces specially designed to allow natural light, according to a news release. Guests will also be greeted with custom trundle sofas, an in-suite microwave, a mini-fridge and two spa-like bathrooms.

The hotel’s lobby offers flexible meeting areas for large and small groups and spaces designed to allow a seamless transition from work to relaxation, the release states. 

Amenities also include free Wi-Fi high-speed internet, a fitness center, a swimming pool and a business center.
