New Name, New Logo for Inspira Health Group
CANFIELD, Ohio – As Inspira Health Group – formerly CHCC companies – began experiencing significant growth, its owners and management believed it was time for a new corporate name and a fresh logo to reflect its innovation.
Nick Berardino, co-owner and CFO, says the Canfield-based company is looking to lead the industry in redefining what senior living can be.
“The changes in the Inspira Health Group name and logo highlight the progress we have made as a company,” he says. “As forward thinkers, we’re breaking the stereotypes of what senior care really is, from using advanced medical technologies to implementing the latest research in memory care with our new, cutting-edge activities programming.”
The care that Inspira provides starts with its local owners, administrators and management, many of whom are former nurses who have worked on the front lines of the industry.
Inspira’s ability to handle higher acuity residents helps it to stand out among its competitors, according to Berardino.
“We provide compassionate care, but we’re also able to address clinically complex cases,” adds Joe Cilone, co-owner and president. “And even though we’re growing, we still operate like a smaller organization and can meet residents’ individual needs in a personalized setting. We make sure residents and employees alike feel at home here.”
Cilone started as a floor nurse and worked his way up to vice president of operations before purchasing the company in 2007.
Berardino joined Inspira in 2015 after 15 years in the banking industry. He cites the company’s managerial character, potential for growth, and the level of care it offered to his own relatives.
“Our owners are very present,” says Stacey Howell, corporate administrator. “They’re always reachable. They’re here, working beside us. They even have their own family members here as residents.”
Although its name and look have changed, Inspira Health Group’s philosophy remains steadfast: Provide a superior level of care and handle the most clinically complex cases with solutions tailored to each resident’s needs.
With five locations across northeastern Ohio, the company provides intensive care services as well as assisted living, skilled nursing, and long- and short-term rehabilitation.
Inspira Health Group, founded in 1995, employs 450.
