Swipe-N-Ride Brings Rentable Scooters to Warren

WARREN, Ohio — Swipe-N-Ride will offer up to 100 electric scooters for rent around the downtown Warren area.

“Depending on our success here, we’ll expand out. If we get everything up and running, we want to go even farther than Youngstown,” says owner and operator, Leshawnda Blackwell-Pinkard.
