NextHome Realty Christens Office with Ribbon Cutting
POLAND, Ohio – NextHome Go30 Realty officially arrived in the Mahoning Valley with a ribbon-cutting Wednesday afternoon at its offices here, 8433 South Ave.
The real estate agency formerly operated as Community First Real Estate, which partners Chad Cromer and Dan Dull established in 2008. The name and affiliation changed Aug. 1 to Next Home Go30. The office is the third NextHome franchise in Ohio.
“NextHome is the fastest growing real estate company in the country,” Dull says. “They offer outstanding tools and benefits to assist realtors.”
NextHome’s integrated tools include a national listing platform that distributes listings to hundreds of websites and provides detailed traffic reports to sellers, mobile technology that links buyers to listing details, and what the company describes as “the most prominent yard signs on the market.”
Dull is broker-of-record for the agency; Cromer is president. The leadership team includes Cromer’s wife, Erin, who serves as office manager.
The corporate office is based in Pleasanton, Calif.
