NILES, Ohio – Among the 32 pizzas in the display case at Salvatore’s inside Eastwood Mall are buffalo, veggie, BBQ and chicken bacon ranch.
The business sells at least 100 pizzas a day and has been working to expand its offerings, according to Biljana Davanzo, who manages the restaurant with her business partner, Rosaria Lamota.
“We’re trying to target a lot of the mall employees who want something different, and now they’ll get a slice of pizza and a small side of pasta or a small mac and cheese, so they’re adding to it a little bit. It’s not just pizza anymore,” Davanzo says.
