Niles Shopping Plaza, Other Properties Sold for $6.8M

NILES, Ohio – Three properties in Niles, including a shopping plaza and a former bank building, recently sold for $6.8 million to a North Miami Beach, Fla., company.

The Village Center shopping plaza at 6004 Youngstown-Warren Road is currently home to Staples and Marc’s, as well as smaller stores including Paperback Shack Bookstore and The Exchange. It encompasses 7.13 acres.

The second 5.9-acre property includes a former Chemical Bank building and the Trumbull County Educational Service Center at 6000 Youngstown-Warren Road.

The third property, listed at 0 Old Forge Road, is about 5 acres of undeveloped property.

The three properties, previously owned by Covelli Properties Inc., were sold to In Da Nile LLC, a Florida company that registered with the state of Ohio on June 20.
