Walter Novosel learned the wine-making process after a trip to the vineyards of Presque Isle, Pa., and since has created his own wines, specializing in sweet varieties. In 2016, Nova Cellars Winery moved from its original location to a larger, more scenic spot at 1474 state Route 208. Shortly following the opening of the new Nova, Brew 32 opened in the upstairs of the same building.
