Oak Hill Collaborative Appoints Kinnick to Board
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – The Oak Hill Collaborative this week announced the appointment of James Kinnick to its board of directors.
Kinnick is executive director of the Eastgate Regional Council of Governments.
He is a civil engineer, a life-long resident of Mahoning County and former regional director of the Ohio Department of Transportation.
Kinnick also is an advocate for improved broadband infrastructure and digital equity and inclusion in the Mahoning Valley.
