Oh Wow! Adds 2 to Board of Directors
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Oh Wow! The Roger & Gloria Jones Children’s Center for Science & Technology, recently named Ellie Platt and Christine Zeller Papa to its board of directors, the center announced.
“We’re really excited to have Ellie and Chrissy on the team here,” said Suzanne Barbati, Oh Wow!’s executive director. “Our board of directors is the foundation of our volunteer corps, and the board’s involvement has been and will continue to be critical to our success.”
Platt owns Platt Insurance & Financial Group with offices in Poland, Cortland and downtown Youngstown. She also has a master’s degree in business from Geneva College. Prior to owning her own insurance and financial agency, she spent 10 years at Meridian HealthCare.
Papa joined the law firm of Roth, Blair, Roberts, Strasfeld & Lodge in 2014, and concentrates her practice in the areas of employment law, workers’ compensation and litigation. She earned her juris doctorate degree from Case Western Reserve University, and is licensed to practice in Ohio, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
