Gov. DeWine on Valley’s COVID-19 Stats
Gov. Mike DeWine discusses the rising COVID-19 numbers in the Mahoning Valley.
“I am very concerned frankly about what I’ve seen in the last 10 days in Ohio,” DeWine said Friday during a stop in the Mahoning Valley. “Our cases now are averaging 1,500 cases a day. That’s up from two weeks ago when it was 1,000 cases a day.
“We’re not blowing a whistle and saying there’s a big alarm going off. What we are saying is we’ve got bad trends. Your county has gone red and that’s a signal. We’ve got to get serious again.”
