Ohio Living Park Vista Promotes Frederick
Ashlee Frederick has been promoted to director of culinary and nutritional services at Ohio Living Park Vista in Youngstown. She is a graduate of Youngstown State University with a BS in applied science in food and nutrition, and a registered nutrition and dietetic technician. Frederick has been with the senior living center for two and a half years. “I am excited about this opportunity because I want to make a difference in the dining experience of our residents,” she says. “I look forward to successfully implementing our new menu system, NetIMPAC, complete with a new five-week menu cycle. I think this new software will improve several aspects of our food-service operation.”
