Ohio Realtors Installs 2023 Leadership Team
COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio Realtors recently installed its 2023 leadership team during the association’s winter conference here. This year’s team is Ralph Mantica, president, Ali Whitley, president-elect, and Michelle Billings, treasurer.
Mantica is broker/owner of Kinzeler Realty in Dayton. He has served as a member and in leadership on a variety of Dayton Realtors committees and task forces, including serving as ipresident in 2015.
For the state association, Mantica has served as a member on the board since 2006. He has served as a member and in leadership for a number of the organization’s committees and task forces.
Mantica, selected as Ohio’s Realtor of the Year in 2018, is a 1980 graduate of the University of Dayton and was first licensed in 1985. He and his wife, Kathy, married in 1981, reside in Kettering.
President-elect Whitley is a real estate agent and director of education with RE/MAX Crossroads in Akron, and is an instructor of professional designations and certifications conferred by the National Association of Realtors.
She has been active in the Akron Cleveland Association of Realtors since 1997, serving as president in 2012. She was awarded the 2013 Realtor of the Year from the Akron Area Board of Realtors and was honored by Crain’s Cleveland Business as a Women of Note in 2012.
On the state level, Whitley has served as Ohio Realtors director/alternate since 2006.
Treasurer Billings is a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Realty in Cincinnati.
Billings served as president of the Realtor Alliance of Greater Cincinnati in 2019 and president of the Cincinnati Women’s Council of Realtors in 2017. Additionally, Billings has served on and chaired numerous committees.
At the state level, she has chaired on the board of directors as well as the Diversity Equal Opportunities Committee and Local Government Forum.
The Ohio Realtors, with more than 37,000 members, is the largest professional trade association in Ohio.
