The company, founded two years ago, has experienced rapid growth, finishing in the top 25% in 2019 sales among members of the Youngstown/Columbiana Association of Realtors.
Neapolitan attributes the growth of the company to a focus on agent development, providing resources and even consistent sales leads.
“Our success depends on the agents, so we basically work for them,” he says. “We provide them with all the tools and opportunities they need to succeed.”
More Options Realty has offices in Hubbard and Boardman and recently added an office in Tallmadge.
