Palo Creative Updates Its Website
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Palo Creative has launched an updated website to showcase the advertising and digital media agency’s capabilities.
For the last few months, the fully revamped website has been the focus of web designer Chris Anthony, who worked to incorporate a sample of each of Palo’s disciplines.
Designed for visitor interaction, the website features a long-scrolling format with a video background at the top, which loops a compilation of clips from Palo’s most recent video projects.
The site offers a good representation of what the agency is capable of and sets the foundation for the team to grow its expertise in new areas, said Palo’s president, Rob Palowitz.
“When it’s your agency’s own website, you want to really flex your muscles to put something special out there — not because you want to brag about it, but because this is what showcases your abilities to prospective clients,” Palowitz said.
Among the revamped site’s new features is the option to chat live with an agency representative. Prospective clients can also set up a free consultation.
“We’re never too busy that we can’t speak with one of our current clients or a prospective client,” Palowitz said. “It’s important to keep as many lines of communication open so we can get our clients the answers they need in a timely manner. This is just another way for clients to connect to our people. I’ve built this business on providing great and personable customer service. That’s who I am and what PALO is all about.”
The case studies section offers several samples of Palo’s work, and “the team” page provides a look at what life is like at the marketing agency.
