Pawcio Joins Wean Foundation as Executive Assistant

WARREN, Ohio – The Raymond John Wean Foundation this week announced the hiring of Kristen Pawcio as executive assistant to the president. In this role, Pawcio provides office administration, calendar management and board relations. She also serves as a liaison between the executive office and external partners.

Pawcio is a graduate of Warren City Schools and a resident of the city.

Before joining the foundation, Pawcio held positions in both the public and private sectors, most recently as the director of career services with Stautzenberger College in Brecksville.

Pawcio holds a B.A. in criminal justice from Kent State University and a M.S. in criminal justice management and forensic science from Youngstown State University.

“The foundation has added three staff members in as many months and seeks to continue to sufficiently staff its grantmaking, capacity building, convening and partnerships and operations,” states Jennifer Roller, president of the Wean Foundation. “Creating opportunities to support viable solutions and the sustainability of nonprofits calls for an investment in human capital – in this case, our own talent and capacity.”
