Peters Joins Coldwell Banker EvenBay Real Estate

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Coldwell Banker EvenBay Real Estate is welcoming Kristen Peters to its real estate brokerage. She earned her Ohio Real Estate License this year.

In addition to real estate, Peters works as a board-certified behavior analyst for two cyber charter schools in Pennsylvania, where she works with children on skill acquisition and behavior reduction. She is licensed in Ohio and Pennsylvania. Her next step is to obtain a doctorate in applied behavior analysis.

She married her husband Drew in April 2020 at the height of Covid-19. They reside in Youngstown with their two adorable pups, Milla and Lola.

In their downtime, Kristen and her husband enjoy updating their home. Working together, they have flipped three homes in the past three years. As they purchased homes and renovated them, she became intrigued and knew that getting licensed in the real estate was her next move.
