PNC Declares $1.25 Dividend on Common Stock

PITTSBURGH – PNC Financial Services has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $1.25 per share of common stock.

The dividend, with a payment date of Feb. 5, 2022, will be payable the next business day to shareholders of record at the close of business Jan. 18.

The board of directors also declared cash dividend for several other preferred stocks. Series B stock will have a dividend of 45 cents per share payable March 10 to shareholders of record at the close of business Feb. 11.

A Series O stock quarterly dividend of $973.57 per share, and Series P stock quarterly dividend of $1,531.25 will be payable Feb. 1 to shareholders of record at the close of business Jan. 18.

Series P stock will have a quarterly dividend of $1,531.25 per share payable on Feb. 1.

And Series T stock will have a quarterly dividend of $850 per share with a payment date of March 15 to shareholders of record at the close of business Feb. 28.
