PNC Declares Dividend of $1.50 on Common Stock

PITTSBURGH, Pa. – PNC Financial Services Group Inc. shareholders of common stock will see a $1.50 per share quarterly dividend following a meeting of the board of directors.

The dividend will be payable May 5 to shareholders of record at the close of business April 18.

The board also declared dividends on preferred stock. Series B shareholders as of May 19 will receive a quarterly dividend of 45 cents per share on June 10. Series O and S shareholders as of April 18 will receive a dividend share of $2,099 (quarterly) and $2,500 (semi-annual), respectively, per share on May 1.

Series R shareholders as of May 17 will receive a semi-annual dividend of $2,425 per share on June 1. Series U shareholders as of April 28 will receive a quarterly dividend of $1,500 per share on May 15. Series T, V and W shareholders as of May 31 will receive a quarterly dividend of $850, $1,550 and $2,222 per share, respectively, on June 15.
