PNC Names Sybelnick Associate Relationship Manager
PNC Bank has promoted Frank Sybelnik III to associate relationship manager in Corporate & Institutional Banking, where he partners with the commercial banking team to provide ideas and insights based on an understanding of the client’s needs and their financial well-being. Sybelnick has 11 years of banking experience. AT PNC he received the 2016 Circle of Excellence awards and Market All-Star for 2013, 2016 and 2017. A graduate in finance from Youngstown State University, he volunteers for youth soccer and baseball and Second Harvest Food Bank.
