LORDSTOWN, Ohio – In March 2021, Hindenburg Research published a scathing report on Lordstown Motors, calling into question the viability of the company’s product – the Endurance – the demand for it and the company’s production capabilities.
The result of the report was the collapse of Lordstown Motors’ stock price and, eventually, the forced resignation of then CEO Steve Burns.
