Poland Assisted Living Facility Sold for $4M
POLAND, Ohio – Wickshire Poland, an assisted living facility at 335 W. McKinley Way, has been sold for $4 million.
The new name of the facility is Poland Village Assisted Living.
The new owners are Poland ALF Operations LLC, which incorporated in Columbus in August and lists attorney Richard J. Reis as the statutory agent. Additionally listed as an owner is Lock Equity Holdings LLC, with William Emerick of Hilliard and Christina Lowery listed as the agents.
Wilkshire Poland Propco LLC owned the facility since October 2020, when it purchased the property for $2.72 million. Built in 1998, the facility has 67 housing units and sits on more than 5.21 acres of property.
The sale closed Dec. 21.
