Dr. John’s Family Dentistry Expands Office, Services
The expansion added three patient rooms for a total of seven and dramatically expanded the waiting area, which now offers comfortable seating, televisions, complimentary coffee and water, kid-friendly furniture and toys. The Poland dental practice now occupies some 2,200 square feet of space after moving into offices that once housed other businesses at 20 E. McKinley Way.
“A primary goal of this project was to build a relaxing space that minimizes the fear or discomfort that many people associate with going to the dentist,” said Dr. John Rothrauff, who opened the practice in 2007. “We’re very pleased that we’ve created a very nonthreatening and low-stress environment that patients can appreciate the moment they walk in the door.”
The practice has offered services including check-ups and cleanings, scaling and root planing, cosmetic dentistry, root canal therapy, crowns and bridgework, extractions, implants, and partial and full dentures. With the increased space, it is now able to offer additional teeth-bleaching and whitening services.
In addition to dentistry, the practice hopes to expand cosmetic services to include Botox, dermal fillers, facials and eyelash extensions by early 2019.
“It’s exciting to be able to grow our practice and expand our services to cosmetic areas we see a need for,” Rothrauff said. “We weren’t able to venture out with the limited space in our former office, but now we’re in a great position to be able to do so. With more space, a supportive staff and growing clientele, we’re optimistic about the future.”
The practice is looking to hire an associate dentist in the near future, and is accepting new patients. For more information or to request an appointment, call 330 757 7713 or visit the practice’s website.
