Poland Residence Inn Sells for $5.53M
POLAND, Ohio – The Residence Inn by Marriott Youngstown Boardman/Poland, has been sold for $5.53 million.
The extended-stay property, at 7396 Tiffany South, was sold Wednesday to Supreme Bright Ohio V LLC of Grapevine, Texas, by R.I. Heritage Inn of Youngstown Inc.
The three-floor hotel was built in 1996, county records show. Located near Exit 11 A-B of interstate 680, it has 78 rooms and was last renovated in 2006, a report on HotelPlanner.com shows. It also has a 24-hour fitness center, indoor pool and business center.
Supreme Bright Ohio V is registered with the state of Ohio Oct. 10. Its statutory agent is Capitol Corporate Services Inc., Cleveland.
Another Marriott-branded property, Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott, was sold this week by Bholenath Inc. to Austintown Hotel LLC for $2.6 million.
