Pondi’s Grows to Meet Local Demand

Lisbon, Ohio — Pondi’s held a ribbon cutting ceremony Monday to celebrate the grand opening of its new market and carryout kitchen.

The restaurant upstairs has been renovated to include more dining space and a bigger kitchen.

“Our demands exceeded our capacity for many years,” says Matt Borza, co-owner of Pondi’s. “With the addition of a larger kitchen, more carryout opportunities and more dining space, we should be able to satisfy more local customers.”
