Potential Development Celebrates 70 Years

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – The Potential Development School for Students with Autism just started a brand new school year and is celebrating its 70th anniversary.

CEO Paul Garchar says the school has come a long way in becoming a full-blown educational system for students with autism.

“It’s always nice to go back and focus on where that journey starts, and that is at the preschool,” Garchar says.
