Potential Development High School Class of 2023
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Fourteen Potential Development High School students walked across the stage at Stambaugh Auditorium on Friday to receive their diplomas.
This is the largest class Potential Development has graduated in its 70 years. Students earn Department of Education credits to graduate with State of Ohio diplomas.
“We actually have two of our seniors that have been with us since 2008,” says Paul Garchar, CEO of Potential Development. “We’re glad that we were a part of their lives for that long, but after 15 years, it’s hard to say goodbye.”
