Pour House Property Sold for $780,000
CANFIELD, Ohio — A Youngstown-based real estate developer says plans for the property at 3620 Starr Centre Drive include remodeling the building from the outside and bringing it up to date.
Suleiman Holdings of Ohio Inc. purchased the property for $780,000, which closed April 19, according to documents from the Mahoning County Auditor’s website. Built in 1987, the building currently houses at least five tenants, including The Pour House Bar & Grill, Bruno Bros Pizza and Silva’s Lebanese Deli.
“My plan is to keep all the tenants there,” says Mohammed Suleiman, company CEO.
Plans for updates to the property include new landscaping, as well as changing the face of the building and bringing it up to date. “The building needs some attention,” Suleiman says.
Suleiman Holdings was founded by his father, Faissal Suleiman, and was incorporated in October 2010, according to documents from the Ohio Secretary of State. Since that time, the company has purchased some 20 properties in Mahoning and Trumbull counties, primarily multi-tenant retail plazas that hold six or seven tenants, Suleiman says.
Among the company’s holdings are properties at 1698 S. Raccoon Road in Austintown and 5100-5102 Market St. in Boardman, the latter of which houses Ohio Desk Co.
