Power Tool & Supply Thrives with Diverse Customer Base
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio — Power Tool & Supply celebrated 60 years in business in 2021.
What’s helped the company persevere in the face of several economic downturns and industry exits is the company’s diverse customer base, says Lisa Springer, owner of Power Tool & Supply.
“When one industry levels off, there’s always something that money is getting put into and we’ve seen it with the Marcellus Shale with the oil and gas industry,” Springer says. ” This area was booming and then all of a sudden it was gone and we have Lordstown Motors and we have the battery plant and there’s money going into the infrastructure. That has really helped with different industries and how you see them thrive.”
