Premier Bank Promotes Profera to Branch Manager

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Premier Bank this week announced the promotion of Kaitlyn Profera to branch manager of its Canfield office.

Profera joined Premier Bank in 2020 as the client service manager at the Boardman office, bringing with her eight years of industry experience. She was responsible for accomplishing staff results by coaching, counseling, developing personal growth opportunities for employees and coordinating and enforcing systems, policies, procedures and productivity standards.

In her new role, Profera will lead her team to deliver an exceptional customer experience, ensuring a focus on building relationships, engaging customers in conversations to understand their financial needs and working proactively to help customers succeed financially.

“I love every aspect of my role here at Premier Bank. I enjoy working with my team, as well as our clients in the local Canfield community,” says Profera. “I am excited to continue helping clients with their financial goals, while providing them a great experience at Premier Bank.”

Profera volunteers her time to teach financial literacy at Junior Achievement of the Mahoning Valley. She recently joined Canfield Rotary and is looking forward to serving the community. She resides in Niles with her husband, Chris, and their children, Avery and Owen.
