Premier Bank to Host ‘Night Out For Neighborhoods’

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – The September edition of the Premier Bank Community Event Series will take place at 6:30 p.m. Sept. 16 at the Youngstown Foundation Amphitheatre.

The “Night Out For Neighborhoods” concert and fundraiser supports local neighborhood watch organizations, while working to create community awareness and engagement opportunities for Youngstown residents.

“We are excited to host all of the folks that selflessly labor within the Youngstown community to make it a better place,” says Jordan Ryan, executive director of The Youngstown Foundation Amphitheatre and Wean Park.

“What better way to say, ‘thank you,’ than to treat them to an evening of fun that helps support their efforts.”

Food vendors will be on hand, and high-energy party band 76 Degrees West will perform beginning at 7:30 p.m.

“Our community groups, block watches and neighborhood associations are quite literally the epitome of what it means to be on the front lines, as community foot soldiers who carry out the mission of making Youngstown better,” says Derrick McDowell, Wean Park’s community engagement and inclusion coordinator. “This concert event and fundraising opportunity will not only celebrate who they are, but deeply support what they do.”

Tickets start at $10 and are available at WeanPark.com or in person at the Covelli Centre.
