Johnson Delivers First State of the University Address
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – During his first State of the University address inside the Ford Theater at Bliss Hall on campus, YSU President Bill Johnson laid out his goals, which include boosting enrollment, improving student experience and integrating YSU in the business community.
While enrollment is up about 6% compared with this time last year, Johnson said it’s too early to call it a trend.
“All we gotta do is tell Youngstown State’s story about why this is such an amazing place and people will want to come here,” Johnson says. “We’re seeing it happen already.”
