Preview: New Rescue Mission of Mahoning Valley

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio — The new $8.5 million Rescue Mission of Mahoning Valley will be opening its doors to the public at 2 p.m. on Nov. 12th for a ribbon-cutting and open house. Clients will begin to move in on Nov. 15th.

“I think what’s different with this facility is it’s designed for homeless work, what the ministry does. That [old] building wasn’t designed for that,” says John Muckridge, CEO and president of Rescue Mission of Mahoning Valley.
