Project MKC Hosts Marathon Diaper Wrapping Event

BOARDMAN, Ohio – Project MKC held a marathon diaper wrapping event as part of Diaper Need Awareness Week.

More than 50,000 diapers are distributed each month, helping 2,500 children in Mahoning County.

“It’s all about getting rid of the stigma of diaper need and to maybe make it one day where we’re not needed at all and every kid has access to clean diapers,” says Shelly Marlowe, co-president of Project MKC.
