Racino’s VLT Totals $93.56M in October

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Play on video lottery terminals at Hollywood Gaming at Mahoning Valley Race Course in Austintown last month rebounded from September, the Ohio Lottery Commission reported Tuesday.

VLT wagers at the racino in October totaled $93.56 million, up from $92.93 million in September and just ahead of August’s $93.52 million. In October 2016, VLT play totaled $88.03 million.

Players took home $82.96 million in October, up from $82.44 million in September. A year earlier, they won $78.17 million.

Net win was $9.41 million last month, and the racino’s operators share of that was $6.22 million. Penn National Gaming Inc. of Wyomissing, Pa., opened the racino in September 2014.

Statewide, VLT play totaled $862.39 million last month.
