Real Estate License Classes Begin Monday at YSU

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Classes that lead to earning an Ohio real estate license begin at 5:30 p.m. Monday in the Williamson College of Business Administration at Youngstown State University.

Successful completion of four courses is required to sit for the licensing exam.

They are real estate law, real estate principles and practices, real estate finance and real estate appraisal. All run from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. on the dates listed below.

  • Real estate appraisal runs five Mondays, Feb. 20 to March 6. Tuition is $195.
  • Real estate finance runs five Tuesdays, Feb. 21 to March 7. Tuition is $195.
  • Real estate law runs five Mondays and five Wednesdays beginning March 20 and ending April 19. Tuition is $295.
  • Real estate principles and practices runs five Tuesdays and five Thursdays beginning March 21 and ending April 20. Tuition is $295.
