Real Living Brokers Realty Expands with New Office

BOARDMAN, Ohio — Real Living Brokers Realty Group is expanding its presence in the Mahoning Valley with the opening of its new office at 1240 Boardman-Canfield Road. The office, which functions as an administrative center, is in the same complex as the agency’s previous office.

“The new office represents our commitment to our clients, agents and staff and solidifies our pledge to continue the development and escalation of our business,” said Yvonne Smith, broker. “By realizing the growth in our communities, the expansion of our Boardman office allows us to build on the current market demands, as well as give our agents and clients the benefits of a new state-of-the art facility to conduct business.

“With the enormous growth of the company, our former office space was no longer adequate,” Sims said. “The new office area is a little over 4,000 square feet, which is triple the space we were in.”

“With the rapid growth in the real estate market, both residential and commercial, the expansion of our permanent office in Boardman was needed to support our client base,” Alvarez added. “We are the No. 1 real estate company in Trumbull County and our ambition and purpose is to reach that status in Mahoning County.”

Joining Real Living Brokers in the expansion is Waterstone Mortgage Co., led by Jesse DeJacamo, branch manager and loan officer. “By utilizing a designated area at the new office, we are able to better serve homebuyers in the Mahoning County area and provide a seamless transaction process,” DeJacamo said.

With the addition of 17 real estate agents last year and a 20% increase in sales, the agency is positioning itself for the optimistic economy and vigorous housing market, the partners say.

The Real Living Brokers home office is in Warren at 382 Niles-Cortland Road.

The national brand was created in 2011 when HomeServices Of America Inc. converted GMAC to Real Living. Nationwide, the company is the second-largest, full service residential real estate brokerage firm and is the largest brokerage-owned settlement services provider in the United States.
