Renovation Hunters Tour Baird Brothers Fine Hardwoods’ Canfield Studio

CANFIELD, Ohio – As Season One of Renovation Hunters is readying to air in 2023, three of the show members from the Outdoor Channel came to tour Baird Brothers Fine Hardwoods.

Chris Filardi, co-creator, Hal Shaffer, show host and co-creator, and Kevin Tarkovich, general contractor, visited the facility to take a deeper look at how the products featured on the national television show were made.

The trio visited the shop for two days this week, filming facility tours, tool reviews and interview episodes for Baird’s podcast series, American Hardwood Advisor.

Filardi and Shaffer are the creators of Renovation Hunters series, as part of C’Mon Media. Baird Brothers joined the team, providing the hardwood resources to construct the remodels during the show.

Remodel locations include Hyannis, Nebraska; Critz, Virginia; and Tionesta, Pennsylvania.

Steve Stack, director of new business development at Baird Brothers Fine Hardwoods, said the decision to join the show took less than 36 hours.

“We saw so many similarities between Baird Brothers, C’Mon Media and Renovation Hunters that the partnership made sense,” he said. “As a third-generation business, we hold family values extremely high, so a show dedicated to renovating spaces for families to spend time together and get outside was something we wanted to be a part of.”

Footage from the visit will be released at https://contentstudio.bairdbrothers.com/.
