‘Music with a Mission’ to Benefit Rescue Mission
BOARDMAN, Ohio – Music with a Mission will take place July 30 to help raise funds for Rescue Mission of Mahoning Valley’s capital campaign to “Move Our Mission.”
Six local bands and a soloist will perform from 1 to 8 p.m. at Magic Tree Pub & Eatery, 7463 South Ave. The event will also have auctions and fundraisers with all proceeds going toward the campaign.
Tickets are $10 and will be available at the door. Children under age 12 are free.
Band schedule of the event include:
- Simple Truth from 1 to 1:50 p.m.
- Guys without Ties from 2:10 to 3:05 p.m.
- Howard and the Point 5 Band from 3:20 to 4:25 p.m.
- The Dickey White Band from 4:40 to 5:30 p.m.
- 80’s PROOF from 5:45 to 6:45 p.m.
- Redline from 7 to 8 p.m.
- Peter Crescimanno – Solo act to appear during band changeovers.
Donations for the auctions (baskets, services, gift cards and goods) are currently being collected by Debbie Yurchison, who can be reached by phone at 330 757 9527 or 330 559 6191.
Donations may also be dropped off at Real Living Volpini Realty – 7098 Lockwood Blvd. Suite 7102 in Boardman, weekdays between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. or at Steward Health Care: Immediate Care Building (formerly ValleyCare) 20 Ohltown Road (Back Entrance “C”) in Austintown, weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
