Reynolds Services Joins Mercer Food Bank’s Sponsorship Program

SHARON, Pa. – Mercer County Food Bank announced Friday that Reynolds Services Inc. has joined its Carrot Club program as a Harvest level supporter to provide 80,000 meals to those in need during 2024.

Carrot Club is the food bank’s newly formed annual major gift sponsorship program. Local companies, organizations and individuals can join at various levels, including Seedling, Sprout, Root and Harvest.

“The Carrot Club was created as a proactive response to the food bank’s expansion of services, as we more than doubled our size in 2023 and needed a way to continue to meet the needs of our neighbors who do not know where their next meal will come from,” said Alexis Spence-Locke, development director at Mercer County Food Bank.

Rebecca Page, executive director of the food bank, thanked Reynold Services for its support.

“Not only are they providing 80,000 meals through Carrot Club, but they support the mission of the food bank year-round to help us meet the growing needs of our community,” she said.
