YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – From a celebration at a Salem auto dealership to a local theater upgrade: Three ribbons were cut at recent events throughout the Mahoning Valley.

The Hopewell Theatre celebrated the addition of a new ADA accessible wheelchair ramp.
