Rise Recovery Opens Second Site in Warren
WARREN, Ohio – Rise Recovery, the medication-assisted treatment and addiction counseling center operated by One Health Ohio, has opened its second location.
The new site, 1032 E. Market St. in Warren, joins Rise’s first site on Belmont Avenue in Liberty, which opened in January. Appointments are available at the Warren office 5 to 9 p.m. on Tuesdays and 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. Sundays.
In addition to the traditional suboxone and vivitrol treatments to help those with addiction, Rise Recovery also offers a full slate of medical and dental care through One Health Ohio, said chief medical officer Dr. Maria Kowal in a statement.
“We know our patients do not get the full health care they deserve and need on a regular basis,” she continued. “This model is a more responsible way to help our addicted patients to recover and give them the gift of good health.”
Rise Recovery accepts Medicaid, Medicare and most major insurance providers. A sliding fee scale is available for the underinsured and uninsured.
