Rogers Jewelry Opens at Eastwood Mall

NILES, Ohio – The Eastwood Mall’s newest jewelry store is showcasing its environmental commitment as well as its selections.

Energy efficiency and environmentally sustainable materials were consciously integrated into the design of the new Rogers Jewelers, the store said in the news release announcing the opening.

“We are proud to feature high-quality, long-life flooring, LED case lighting and innovative overhead, energy efficient LED lighting,” Mehul Choksi, chairman and managing director of Rogers Jewelers, said. “These elements support our ongoing commitment to reducing our ecological footprint.”

Rogers Jewelers opened Dec. 24 in the mall complex and the store’s first 100 customers were to receive free jewelry with their purchase, according to the news release. Operating since 1920, Rogers is a part of the Samuels Jewelers Inc. family of jewelry stores.

“We are truly thrilled to be a part of, and grow with, this community,” Choksi said.

A Jan. 7 ribbon-cutting ceremony is planned for the newly opened store.
