Roof Rite Remains True To Its Guiding Principles
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Performance and reliability. These are two virtues that formed the foundation of guiding principles Bill Cruciger used when he started Roof Rite in 1974.
Now in its 47th year, Cruciger says these virtues continue to guide the Boardman-based commercial roof repair and replacement company.
“In our line of work, our word is more important than the work we do for our clients,” says Cruciger, president of the family-owned business.
“I knew with Roof Rite, if we promised something to our customers,
we would deliver with impeccable results that are not only on budget but on time because businesses cannot wait,” he continues. In 2021, we continued to live up to our promises while finding ways to grow greater than
we have ever done in just a year’s time.”
The company, with sons, Robert and Chris Cruciger assuming more leadership roles, is expanding its capabilities to adapt to the needs of its clients.
From custom fabrication to some of the most intricate projects, Roof Rite grew in 2021 in both number of jobs and revenue.
The longevity of the company also made it an ideal partner with Youngstown State University, serving as an official corporate partner of Penguin athletics.
Being partners to their customers is where they have found the most success in 2021, according to Chris Cruciger, general manager.
“Finding a way to cut down on fabrication time and becoming more efficient at what we do is something we have figured out with a new approach leveraging technology,” he says.
“As 2022 begins, we are looking forward to entering a global marketplace with a solution that will apply our family’s principles of doing business to companies beyond our home here in the Mahoning Valley.”
