Ryan Hosts Presidential Rally Saturday
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – U.S. Rep. Tim Ryan will host his first presidential rally in Youngstown this Saturday following Thursday’s announcement of his presidential campaign. The rally is scheduled for 2 p.m. in front of the Youngstown Business Incubator, 241 W. Federal St.
Gates for the event will open at 1 p.m. with entrances at Symphony Place and South Hazel Street on West Federal. Metal detectors will be used at the gates and weapons of any kind are prohibited. Prohibited items include guns, knives, laser pointers, air horns, noisemakers, large backpacks and any other item deemed dangerous by security.
The first 300 people will receive a free T-shirt, and free food and drinks will be available from 1 to 2 p.m.
Primary parking for the event will be available at 311 W. Federal St. West Federal will be closed to vehicular traffic from approximately 6:30 a.m. until 5 p.m.
