Salem Apartment Complex Sells for $4.4 Million
SALEM, Ohio — A family apartment complex at 2020 Monroe St. here was sold last week for $4.4 million.
The first building in the complex was constructed in 1971. It was purchased June 30 was by DRSR Properties LLC, an entity registered in November 2018 by Donald L. Ross, an attorney here.
The seller is YMG Inc., whose agent and incorporator is Geoffrey S. Goll, also an attorney here.
YMG purchased the units in 2003 through three separate transactions covering 12 parcels. Each transaction had a sale price of $866,666, according to public records.
