The foundation’s purpose is to provide services and educational programs that support the civic and economic development of the Salem area, while emphasizing the importance of such education to prepare our future workforce for an increasingly competitive and national economy.

On May 24, the foundation will present its first program, a morning seminar at the Timberlanes Complex featuring Katherine Miracle of Miracle Resources in Akron. She will speak on the topic of “Emotional Intelligence in the Workplace”.
